LaunchPouch collects the account, workspace, billing, project, prompt, upload, generation, export, and support information needed to provide the packaging design studio. This Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and how to contact us about your data.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email, authentication identifiers, workspace membership, role, and support messages. We collect workspace content such as briefs, prompts, uploaded references, brand-kit files, generated assets, project metadata, export archives, and production-board data. We also collect operational records such as usage events, credit ledger entries, webhook receipts, request metadata, security logs, and error diagnostics.
How we use information
Workspace content is private by default and scoped to your workspace. We use data to operate Studio, process uploads and generation jobs, enforce entitlements, deliver exports, provide billing and support, prevent fraud and abuse, debug failures, maintain security, improve reliability, and satisfy legal obligations.
Service providers
Payments and subscription management are handled by Polar. File storage is handled through private object storage. AI generation requests may be sent to configured AI providers and background job processors. Email, analytics, logging, security, and database providers may process limited data only as needed to provide their services to LaunchPouch.
Retention and deletion
We retain workspace content while your account or workspace remains active, unless you delete it or request deletion. We may retain operational records such as invoices, credit ledger entries, webhook receipts, fraud-prevention records, security logs, and support history where needed for billing, tax, compliance, dispute resolution, backups, incident response, or legal obligations.
To request access, correction, export, deletion, or a privacy review, contact support@launchpouch.ai. We will verify the request and respond according to applicable law and operational retention requirements.
Security
We use workspace isolation, private storage, authentication controls, rate limiting, monitoring, and least-privilege operational access to protect data. No internet service is perfectly secure, so please report suspected security issues to support@launchpouch.ai.
