Terms of Service

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity in workspaces you create, own, or administer. Workspace owners may invite users, manage billing, upload brand assets, approve generated outputs, and request deletion of workspace content where permitted by law and operational retention requirements.

Content and AI outputs

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, uploads, brand materials, reference files, and other content you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, you may use LaunchPouch-generated outputs for commercial packaging, marketing, and internal production planning. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs for accuracy, originality, trademark clearance, regulatory compliance, labeling claims, print readiness, and supplier requirements before public or manufacturing use.

LaunchPouch may process prompts, uploads, and generation metadata to provide the service, enforce safety and abuse controls, troubleshoot failures, calculate usage, and improve reliability. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or ask the service to copy protected packaging, logos, characters, trade dress, or artwork in a way that infringes another party's rights.

Billing, credits, and refunds

Credits and plan entitlements control access to generation, exports, brand kits, and gated beta features. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund prior charges or consumed credits. Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, service failures, or legally required refund rights. Promotional or granted credits may expire, be limited to specific features, and have no cash value.

Acceptable use

You may not use LaunchPouch to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, or privacy-invasive content. You may not bypass rate limits, access controls, billing controls, moderation systems, storage isolation, or workspace permissions. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect users, infrastructure, payment integrity, or legal compliance.

Beta features

3D Preview is part of the 1.0 Studio workflow and is labeled beta while model coverage expands. Video generation and production boards may be gated beta features. Beta features may change, be limited, or be disabled, and should not be treated as manufacturing approval without supplier review.

For billing support, cancellation questions, refund requests, data deletion requests, security reports, or legal notices, contact support@launchpouch.ai. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
